If you are a corporate drone, it's great to work here. You won't be asked to do anything for months or years at a time and still be paid.
Unfortunately, as soon as you disagree or have some opposing views with management, you will soon find yourself PIP'ed or worse. If you are an international employee, they will withhold your H1B or purposefully tamper with the submission status.
