Bad code quality, toxic manager
Salary is considered competitive in Taiwan.
The code quality is extremely poor. The manager can't take any advice at all. The only thing the manager cares about is the speed of development, causing lots of anti-pattern designs. I am often called by the manager during off-work hours.
AVOID THIS COMPANY IF YOU CARE ABOUT GROWING SKILLS AS A SOFTWARE ENGINEER.
