It was a somewhat short process, around one month. They were very clear from the beginning: an interview with HR, a technical interview, and finally, the management interview. During the process, I felt informed all the time.

HR interview followed by two technical interviews and an executive panel. Some people are very nice, but the tech engineers can be very concise and try to get you to do things you could be prepared for.
