Each day there is something new to study and to investigate. Teams are strong, so there is someone to ask for consultation. We may choose what we want to mainly focus on (usually). Of course, the technical capabilities of each team member are growing.
Sometimes the job is really hard and challenging.
But is it generally wrong?
Sometimes we are losing experienced engineers just because they need relaxation. Not all people can do this job for years.
Sometimes we are losing colleagues whom we need to hold.
