One introductory phone interview followed by an online assessment. The phone interview was relatively surface-level, and then there was an online aptitude test with logical and simple math questions. The interview no longer matters once you've taken the assessment. I was informed there is a hard cut-off for test scores, but was not told how I did or given any constructive criticism.
Easy get-to-know-you questions followed by an assessment if you make it past this first interview. After taking the assessment, I received a phone call saying that they were not interested based solely on the results of their assessment. Not even an explanation of what you did wrong or what the test revealed about you, leaving you to wonder which seemingly simple questions ruined their opinion of you as a candidate.
