What if the interview result is something you could never think of? Have you ever experienced a scenario where an interview gets canceled 5 minutes before it starts, and you keep waiting until the panel joins it (lol)?
Here is my interview experience. The entire interview process took over a month.
The process took over 2 weeks before my actual interview was scheduled.
Round 1: Coding Round: Interviewer asked two questions.
Round 2: Site Reliability Engineer Expertise Interview
Round 3: Architecture/System Design. Interviewer asked to design an N-Tier architecture for employees to post their daily status.
Round 4: Cross-Functional (XFN) (People) Interview. Interview started with a lot of "Sorries" from the panel because her video was not turning on. The overall interview was just for 15 mins.
Round 5: Behavior, job fit and Partnership Interview. A lot of behavioral questions. Below are a few I can recollect.
I am seriously not sure what made the panel come up with such a rejection reason. I got a rejection reason as I was receiving assistance in answering in the behavioral round.
Never dishearten yourself for such outcomes. Things like this happen. Do not take anything others say personally.
