Had 8 rounds of interviews in total, across 5 months. The role changed in between, which is why 4 other rounds of the same structured interviews were added.
With the difficulties of scheduling interviews and hearing back from recruiters, I realized interviewers changed until they showed up for meetings. I was the one pushing the process forward. The experience was not great; it was very unprofessional during the process.

A great place to learn some fairly cutting-edge certifications. Had a lot of work, lots of conversion work from mainframe to .NET. The previous culture was family-like in a good way. Slightly more diverse? Still not a lot of African-Americans, but they appear to be making an honest attempt.Cons: Now has a history of laying employees off—8,000 in fact. The company is losing money with every policy they sell and cannot take rate, so they are slowing policy sales and letting people go. The company has always been like Italy before unification: many fiefdoms, many of which do not cooperate. This is the only company I know of that will buy a software package from a third-party vendor and spend millions Geico-izing it.
