It was pretty short and straightforward. There was an online assignment, and then a combined technical and behavioral interview. The combined interview was with two different interviewers. It was all pretty simple; nothing out of the ordinary.

No empathy.
Greedy upper management.
All about profit that isn’t shared among the workers that make it possible to create said profits. They claim it’s to enhance overall pay, but that’s a lie.
Coaching plans for well-tenured, historically well-performing employees with no warning and no coaching.
Pay is low compared to market.
