I directly interviewed with the Hiring Manager, who was very mean. They told me that if I was hired, I would have to work days, nights, evenings, and weekends. The Hiring Manager also told me that candidates have to solve problems right away, regardless of other priorities. I guess this team doesn't care about employee wellness or mental health. I would never accept to join that company where employees are treated as slaves.
