GEICO is very focused on developing its employees and offering them whatever tools are necessary to get the most out of their position. I had extensive exposure to top management and learned so much during my time in the Indianapolis office. I even got to meet Tony Nicely and the Gecko! We did a lot of fun intern outings as well, like scavenger hunts, Dave & Buster's, baseball games, and dinners. GEICO truly lives up to the values of the company, and everyone I met was amazing!

Give employees the day off on holidays.
