Great team members (not management).
Good learning environment.
Management, absolute abuse. Horrific management of the IT team, with issues swept under the rug all the time. What a horrible place to work. Talentless leaders drive their workers to the brink of quitting, and I am one of them. Now a successful professional at a different company, I am grateful that I escaped when I did. IT professionals, beware.
