I really liked my boss, and my teammates were also very talented and easy to work with.
The new CIO changed IT from a Microsoft organization to an Open Source organization. Therefore, I had to leave, as I am a Microsoft developer.
Open source will not get you where you are wanting to go. They could have cut their Microsoft licensing costs significantly if they changed their approach.
