There aren’t many pros now, except if you don’t have a job. At least it’s a job.
No more profit sharing. Layoffs. Lack of clear company direction. Shady management practices.
Do better!
Being given goals, meeting and exceeding those goals, yet still told it’s not enough. I know it’s a common meme, but GEICO USED TO BE BETTER THAN THAT!
