Long-term contracts, good usage of Microsoft technologies.
Stingy company, outdated work culture (COVID changed it a bit). Some teams are highly/openly racist. Contractors are treated as sub-humans. Outdated tech stack apart from the Microsoft tech stack.
Once driverless cars are a reality (already they are successfully tested), insurance rates will drop to 10% of current values or close to zero, and this company will be forced to shut down.
Please use your brains in facing reality rather than being racist. It will help you keep your jobs for a bit longer.
