Do Not Work Here. Fired 12k in the last year
Compared to any other tech job, there are none anymore. It used to be good 10 years ago, but since Todd Combs came in as CEO, it has been a steady downhill run.
Benefits were cut. 12,000 people laid off in the last year with zero notice. Pay is subpar for Software Engineers. There has been no communication from the CEO in over 8 months. The environment is toxic, etc.
