Salary comes on time, until an employee is laid off.
Remote work.
There are plenty; I'm not sure where to start. Given below are a few:
- Overloading of work.
- Micromanagement.
- No/minimal annual appraisals.
- Toxic culture.
- Continuous threats, mistreatment, and bullying by leadership.
- Job insecurity.
Stop copying Amazon's work culture and operating principles, and using the "two pizza" terminology.
This is happening while paying 1/2 to 1/3 of their compensation.
Your corporate greed has gone through the roof.
Stop being obsessed with Progressive Insurance growth. In order to catch up, use all dirty tactics to cut costs anywhere and everywhere.
