Compensation is getting better. The team is nice. There are lots of good projects in tech. The coworkers are supportive.
No profit sharing. No stocks. Leadership miscommunication. Performance rating system.
Management needs to focus more on providing leadership for new employees.
Could provide more clear expectations.

The first one was an online OA (1 hr, medium). The second was live coding, followed by behavioral (1.5 hr total, 1 hr coding, 30 min behavioral, medium). Interviewers were nice.
