Process

An aptitude test followed by a GD and interview round. All the rounds were elimination rounds.

The aptitude test was primarily to gauge your reasoning skills and English proficiency, with its difficulty level reflecting that of CAT.

Post that, there was a GD session where they tried to gauge your ability to discuss in a team and the structure that you put to your thoughts while having a discussion.

Finally, the interviews were conducted by a group of 4 people who gauged your flexibility when it came to working at remote sites.

Questions

Openness when it came to working at site. Asked the typical instance of failure in life and your learning out of it question. There were some questions on values and ethics, along with some technical questions on mechanical engineering (my background).
