Pros: Working independently. Everyone is supporting. Numerous times of flying abroad - great exposure and networking.
Cons: Once the rebranding happened, from GE to GE Vernova, I was assigned to report under GE India management.
Very poor leadership, not taking care of employees' welfare. Many times GE India missed my payroll for timesheets.
One time, I didn't receive my allowance for 6-7 months straight.
