Process
First, they conducted the written test. It was technical, plus basic HR questions like "who am I?".
After the shortlisted students get interviewed for the technical round, the next round will be HR.
In the interview, they basically ask questions from your CV plus good technical knowledge. If you don't have any year gap and have done lots of technical courses (i.e., a heavy CV), then your chances of selection are high.
