The technology is relatively simple, and lots of opportunities exist to apply advanced engineering and make improvements.

Cons: The size of the company makes communication between departments slow and lackluster. Years of corporate culture changes and thick layers of management have created an abundance of process and bureaucracy. This can cause a steeper than necessary learning curve and slow down learning and progress.
