Three different groups of two were interviewed at three different times.
HR and the hiring manager, along with a few of their peers, conducted the interviews.

Pros: GE is great at making training and offers a good work environment. GE offers a good internal career system and worldwide opportunities.
Cons: The pace can be too hectic for some people, and internal postings can be very difficult to apply to.
