The process consists of one interview, where the interviewer prompts both behavioral (case scenarios) and fundamental technical questions of gas turbines and engineering in general. You interview with a recruiting agent, not the manager of your rotation.

You will get to work on daily tasks that engineers work on.
Cons: It takes around 3 weeks for you to finish your onboarding and get your laptop and email set up.

Cons: They were bought by a Chinese company, but were likely dysfunctional when they were owned by the rest of GE too. Just a comedy of incompetence, lack of care, and unsafe working conditions.
