Pros: The campus is superb. The company provides subsidized food, and a gym is available. The working environment is also good. Learning depends on the kind of project you're working on.

Cons: I found no downside during my stay in the company.

Pros: Brand name. On-campus facilities are some of the best in class. Very women-friendly atmosphere. Though this doesn't apply to me.

Cons: Rigid top management. Number of years of service matter more than skills or efforts. Rewards and recognition are almost non-existent. If you are a woman, you have an easy life. If you are a man, God help you. On-site opportunities are non-existent. Very, very, very attrition-averse. Compensation, leave, and benefit policies vary within businesses, e.g., GE-Transportation, GE-Power and Water, GE-Aviation. You must spend at least a few years for others to get to know you. Until then, you are nobody.

Pros: Brand name. One of the best things about the company. Huge and amazing campus. Spacious and well-equipped.

Cons: Too much manager dependency. Bucket kings would excel. Too much process and documentation slows down work. * Little or no growth. * No on-site opportunities. * No job security. * Average compensation. You sign up for an 8 hr/day job but end up doing 10 hr/day. Never say 'no' to US counterparts attitude.
