Pros: Smart and innovative employees work there.

Cons: Lost management, not clear about their leadership.

Pros: This might be a pro for some people (it wasn't for me). The company was full of very unambitious people, so it's a good place to work if you just want to punch a clock. Some of the people there were nice. I had a lot of latitude to do what I thought was important.

Cons: The pay was very bad. Everyone there said you're lucky if you get more than a 2% raise every year. HR was very dishonest and deducted a future merit increase from a promotion I earned. My supervisor withheld emails that showed that HR screwed me out of a raise. Pushing for even small, low-effort improvements to processes was next to impossible.

Pros: Controls organization is great, with lots of smart people.

Cons: Too many leadership changes and organizational shuffling.
