The selection process to get the Graduate Project Engineer position at GE Water & Process in Europe consisted of 4 interviews.
There was a first H&R screening interview where I was asked about basic availability and CV questions. A more complex H&R interview was the second step. The third and fourth steps were online and in-person interviews with an H&R manager and my job manager.
