Applied through the University co-op program. The interviewer was a stand-in. A lot of behavioral questions, such as "What would you do if there was a conflict with a coworker?" etc. No technical questions, except for one about the structure of a technical report.

Pros: Working with amazing people provides you an opportunity to make your network and connections.
Cons: Not seeing a clear plan for the future and finding so many gaps. The company's management does not care about people, and turnover is very high. They do not try to keep employees.
