A manager from a different group called me up for a phone interview. It was just basic screening and some general design questions, like 'Have you designed that?' and 'Have you designed this?'
I was scheduled for a 1:1 the next week and interviewed with two managers. The difficulty level of the questions was normal, with some analog and digital design questions.
