Pros: The place where I work is so-so. But the main offices in GE are FANTASTIC. After I started at GE, I have been receiving many calls, including ones from Apple. Great brand name!
Cons: GE spun off many divisions and is shrinking.
Very intense work culture.
They prefer to grow only OMLP graduates, quickly up the ranks.
REMEMBER: leaders cannot be made, they are only born.
