Pros: Awesome local technology team with good work/life balance.
Cons: Commercial leaders are nearsighted and play the game of only looking at one quarter at a time. They continue to make choices that will make the company look good today and hurt it tomorrow.
It's gotten to the point that all the bad choices are now coming back to haunt GE. Look at its stock price. It's not the market, since all the competition has grown while GE plummets.
