Pros: GE is a great company to work for with plenty of opportunity for growth. If you want a position, all you have to do is work hard and let people know you are interested.
Cons: There is a large amount of bureaucracy since it is a large corporation. Things that should take days to complete can sometimes last weeks or even months depending on the people you have to work with.
