Applied on the website. Was sent an email about an interview. Had a phone interview with an HR professional that went well. She recommended I talk to the plant manager. It was right before a holiday, so they usually do it in person but opted for over the phone. I did not get the job, but I thought it was a good process, and they were really good about keeping me informed and answering my questions.
