Apply online through GE careers.
After a couple of weeks, I received an email from HR confirming the initial/screening interview date and time. A candidate interview guide was provided at this stage.
The interviewing panel was also copied in the email.
On the day, the interview was conducted via conference call. Questions were asked in turn by HR and the hiring manager.
