Pros: It used to be a great company. Now it is only a hollow shell.

Cons: Toxic ambient. The company is getting rid of the engineers and keeping the unproductive bureaucrats. Watch your back, you can be stabbed.

Pros: The company has excellent benefits, and for the most part, the team you work with will be very professional. Excellent work/life balance. I greatly enjoyed working with the team at GE.

Cons: I found the division I worked for not particularly innovative. The systems (project data management, design, etc.) were slow and cumbersome, making much of the time spent on work feel unproductive and tedious. If you are someone who appreciates efficiency and wants to do great work, you may find this frustrating.

Pros: Good work at wonderful company.

Cons: No need to disclose some things.
