Most of the interviewers just focused on language details.

One architect asked about the overall system architecture of components. I'm not exactly sure what they wanted to hear.

The last interviewer just directly brought a laptop and had me coding four programs in 45 minutes. They should have been runnable and included unit testing cases.

Java language details, such as executors. But the engineer can't clearly state the questions.
