What happened? I don't know exactly what the result was after the telephonic, in-person, and one-hour HR communication rounds. They did not call me with either result, like not cleared or that they don't want me now. Please communicate the outcome to employees, even if they are not qualifying.

The telephonic round was based on more technical questions, covering Java, SQL, and Spring.

In person, they asked a few logical questions.

The HR round was typical, asking about reasons for leaving previous jobs, why you want to join, and flexibility.
