Pretty simple interview process. It starts with a Codility OA and then goes to behavioral interviews, which is pretty standard when compared to other software engineering intern positions. The initial interview was extremely easy compared to LeetCode easy/mediums.

Pros: The internship highly depends on the manager, and I had a great manager who brought me on board to a lot of real impact projects.
Cons: The internship was virtual, so we didn't really get to meet the other intern cohort.
