Software Engineer Interview Experience - Mumbai, Maharashtra

Process

The hiring process was very long (6 days). Be ready to wait long at the reception. They initially have a test. If you clear, you're called for a coding test. If you clear that, you will be called for a technical interview or interviews, as it was in my case. They took three in my case.

After this, unlike any of the previous years, they again conducted a coding test. I solved one sum and the other one I couldn't clear all test cases, which was termed as my reason for rejection.

You won't get a clue of what they are thinking, as they don't give clear feedback. As they say, all is decided by the senior managers, their discretion.

Hope this might help some of you.
