Advanced Manufacturing Engineer
Online situation tests were tricky. However, if you practiced sample tests online, you would find it simplistic. Some situations seemed too obvious, but they mostly evolved around teamwork.
Aerospace Engineer
Consisted of HireVues, which then led to an Arctic Shores, eventually a final interview. This was a really easy process, but make sure you are a British national before applying.

Good, but long. Flew in for a few interviews, did most of the others remotely or over the phone. Nice staff, fairly transparent on what benefits are. Would recommend; good area.
