If you want to learn, it's a great place. It always has the best tools/technologies, plus you work with very good professionals.
The career plan doesn't exist.
For you to grow, you have to work, sell your life to the company, work more than normal.
Besides the fact that there is a difference between the salaries of long-term employees and new ones (yes, this is normal in all companies), but new junior employees earning more than senior employees.
This demotivates many, because besides lower salaries, seniors still have to teach juniors to achieve progress in their work.
These reasons have generated a lot of attrition of excellent professionals.
