Pros

Two days of work from home were listed during recruitment, but were hardly obtained two years after the department was created.

Very good perks include:

  • Cinema tickets for €2
  • Very good compensation on flights or chèques-vacances
  • Also compensation on family sports/cultural activities
  • Canteen
  • Rights to disconnect
  • Very flexible during confinement
  • Provided screen/docking station for home.
Cons

Good tools, but bad connection.

Advice to Management

Trust employees with more flexibility. They will give it back to you in productivity and volunteering.
