Two days of work from home were listed during recruitment, but were hardly obtained two years after the department was created.
Very good perks include:

- Canteen
- Rights to disconnect
- Very flexible during confinement
- Provided screen/docking station for home.
Good tools, but bad connection.
Trust employees with more flexibility. They will give it back to you in productivity and volunteering.
