Long hours without rewards. A lot of leadership and business people have to vouch for you to get a promotion, and you are at a disadvantage as there is no leadership or business in MI.
The VanBuren, MI location is a glorified contractor shop (masked as employees).
No bonus and average industry salary. Benefits are pretty bad; ask any current or former employee (@ VanBuren) about health benefits.
Tough bureaucracy to work with and achieve anything.
Stop acting like you care for MI employees. You are here because you got tax breaks and thought you would get cheap but good talent during down times.
