Senior Staff Product Engineer
They use the STAR approach for interviews. I interviewed with three people for about 30 minutes each. One interviewer focused on technical experience, another on business processes, and the third on the specific role. The interviewers were informal (

Met at a technical career fair. Had an interview the next day. Went through the typical STAR interview questions process. Received a job offer the following Tuesday. The process was very easy and enjoyable.

Good, but long. Flew in for a few interviews, did most of the others remotely or over the phone. Nice staff, fairly transparent on what benefits are. Would recommend; good area.
