Working independently. Everyone is supporting. Numerous times of flying abroad - great exposure and networking.
Once the rebranding happened, from GE to GE Vernova, I was assigned to report under GE India management.
Very poor leadership, not taking care of employees' welfare. Many times GE India missed my payroll for timesheets.
One time, I didn't receive my allowance for 6-7 months straight.
Please be more considerate. We at as the field of engineering work as per GE standards & guidelines. We don't have to think about our allowances; it should be HR and upper management's roles to think. Those at the upper management are not even suitable for those roles.
