It is the first filter, which consists of a virtual interview in which personal and technical questions are asked. These questions consist of problems to solve, where the reaction and coherence of the answer are evaluated.

Thorough process, with phone and in-person screenings. Pretty standard questions. Had feedback within a week or so. Nice people involved, well organized. Was given a tour of the facilities as well.

Pretty chill process, mostly behavioral. The first phone call was a screening and review of my resume. The second call was talking with the Engineering manager. We discussed some things I did in school and discussed the position itself. The on-sit
