Work-life balance is good.
Very hierarchical in nature. It's tough to break barriers and present your value if your manager is not competent.

General Electric Interview Experiences
Engineer
It was pretty easy, but I found it longer than it should have been. It took roughly three hours to complete, but the staff were nice. This isn’t real, but I need to enter thirty words.
Software Engineer
I gave the interview quite a while back. It was a good experience. The overall interview experience was good. There were medium questions. There were a total of 4 rounds: * Java/Basic DS * DS/Algo * Managerial * HR
Advanced Manufacturing Engineer
Online situation tests were tricky. However, if you practiced sample tests online, you would find it simplistic. Some situations seemed too obvious, but they mostly evolved around teamwork.
