Company culture is really great, and you feel it when you work with GE. The people are well-spoken and always look to help each other. The company also gives great flexibility in work, hence good work-life balance.

Please plan to retain the core talent of the business, which is going to be resolved. Otherwise, it will be difficult to carry out stable operations. People who have been with you for a longer time would really have known many things and would be bringing a lot of value.

General Electric Interview Experiences
Software Engineer
First round: Technical round. Questions from all HTML/CSS/JS/AngularJS. Asked to code a few logic examples, such as inheritance. Discussed types in JavaScript and features of AngularJS, including different directives available in AngularJS.
Associate Software Engineer
It was a two-round, face-to-face interview process. I could not make it into the second round. In the first round, they asked some basic questions from OOPs and some process automation questions.
