A five-hour, multi-tier interview. I spoke with several different managers, and then the head of the engineering department. I did not get to do a site visit, which would have been a cool experience.

Questions were asked from areas of interest, mostly from power systems and switchgear. Have a clear knowledge of these and basic electrical terms with formulas and units. Then, situational and behavioral questions were asked.

Technical aptitude, and verbal rounds focused on the basics of your domain. The technical interview primarily focused on your thinking capability and your domain knowledge again. The HR interview focused on how you speak and behave. Confidence is key
