Work with very capable and intelligent people. The size of the company allows it to do things that other companies cannot afford to try.
Engineering sites are not in popular cities. Management sets up nearly impossible schedules and then cannot move out of the way.
Get buy-in from technical experts before setting up business-critical schedules. We can either work or attend line of balance/status update meetings.
