It's difficult to move inside GE from one business to another.
challenge people and give them the opportunity to move within GE, also taking 2-year rotations. Allow more remote working. Reduce the number of organizations. A less vertical and more horizontal organization helps innovation.

Engineer
Three rounds of interviews. The final one was face-to-face, and the others were telephone interviews. The final round involved an interview with the hiring manager and the HR manager. Other interviews were also with hiring managers.
